Mannequ.io Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and related paid services. It is designed to protect users' rights while maintaining fairness in the provision of services. Please read the following terms carefully.

Subscription Plans

We offer paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions may be purchased through the official Mannequ.io website. The available plans, prices, and billing cycles may differ across platforms. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (for example, if your subscription was charged on a specific date, it will be cancelled on the corresponding date of the following month). No refund will be issued in the absence of a reasonable cause.

3-Day No-Reason Full Refund

If you request a refund within 3 days of purchase and have not used any service (i.e., you have not generated any product images), you are eligible for a full refund. This policy does not apply after the 3-day period or if any service has been used.

Pro-Rata Refund for Early Termination with Reasonable Cause

If you request early termination of your account before the subscription expires for a reasonable cause, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

Because any generated product images constitute an irreversible digital service once created and used, no refund is available for images that have already been generated.

Example: If you purchased a plan that allows the generation of 30 product images and have already generated 20 images, upon early termination for a reasonable cause we will refund the proportionate value of the remaining 10 unused images.

All refund requests must be submitted through Mannequ.io's official customer support email at support@Mannequ.io and may require supporting documentation (such as an explanation of the reasonable cause). We reserve the right of final review and decision to ensure fair handling of all requests.

Refund amounts are calculated based on the proportion of unused credits and will be returned via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment platform and may take up to 14 business days.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price adjustment will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the price change date and will not be applied retrospectively to your current subscription period.

Overdue Payments

Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension of your account and services until full payment is received. No refunds or credits will be issued for any period during which the account is suspended.
