Is there a free trial?

Yes. Upon registration you receive 1 free Image (allowing generation of 1 image). Completing the short three-question survey during registration grants an additional 1 Image (allowing generation of one more image).

What is an “Image”?

An Image is the cost unit required to generate product images. On Mannequ.io, 1 Image = 1 product image.

How can I check my remaining Image balance?

After logging in, click the user interface in the top-right corner to view your balance.

Can I change my monthly plan?

Yes. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are all supported.

What happens to remaining Images after a plan expires?

Any remaining Images automatically become invalid upon plan expiration.

Can I purchase additional Images if I run out during the plan period?

Yes. You may purchase additional Images as needed from the monthly plans section. Purchased Images extend the usage period.

How can I check my plan expiration date?

After logging in, click the user interface in the top-right corner and view the “Plan & Usage” section.

Can I request a refund?

Will monthly plan prices be adjusted?

Prices may be adjusted from time to time according to market conditions. We recommend users regularly check official announcements.
